Valley Community Bancshares, Inc (the Company) is a bank holding company registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended. The Company was organized and incorporated under the laws of the State of Washington as a holding company for its principal banking subsidiary, Valley Bank, a state chartered Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the FDIC) insured commercial bank. The Company conducts its business primarily through Valley Bank.
