Security Alert - Fraudulent Telephone Scam

A Valley Bank customer has reported receiving a telephone call from someone claiming to be from
Valley Bank's Online Banking Service. The caller indicated that he needed to make an adjustment to the customer's
account and requested her account number. If you receive a similar call please contact your branch immediately.

We would like to remind you that you should never respond to any unsolicited caller or email requesting personal
information such as account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, PINs, passwords, social security numbers, etc.
